How long does it take to get my new Blinds ?
Blinds are normally delivered within 5-10 working days from placing an order. We will contact you if your New Blinds are likely to be delayed outside of these dates.
Are Blinds made in the UK ?
Yes, All of the Blinds that we supply are made here in the UK except for our Velux Window Blinds which are supplied Direct from Velux in Denmark.
Do we store your personal Credit Card details or information ?
No, to protect our Customers all card transactions are taken securely by Sagepay the leading UK card processing company who securely process your card transaction.
We will only retain a copy of your Wood Blinds Order with your name, address and contact details with the details and specification of the Blinds ordered so that we can manufacture and process your Order.
A copy of your Order and your details provided will be generated by our website and emailed back to you at the time of placing your Order for your records.
Are Online Payments securely processed ?
Our Website is https:// encrypted and we do not hold or store your card information on our website.
We accept card payments using the secure Sagepay card processing system and can accept the following cards.

When placing an order for supply only Blinds please ensure that your address and card details are the same as the records held by your Card Provider.
The Sagepay Card processing system checks the details that you provide against your Bank Card Details held by your Card provider, to safe gaurd you against fraud, any error in the details provided will result in the transaction being rejected and a declined order being generated.
We will only accept payment from UK registerd cards which are registered at a UK address.
